Each 1/8 beef share includes approximately:

• approx 50lbs of beef (take-home weight)
• A balanced variety of cuts, such as:
  • 25lbs Ground Beef (staple for quick meals)
  • 2.5lbs Ribeye, 2.5lbs New York Strip
  • 12lbs of roasts (Chuck, Arm, Rump or Round)
  • 3lb Brisket
  • Stew Meat and Fajitas

Every animal is a little different, so exact cuts and quantities may vary.
