Our Quarter Beef Subscription is the perfect way to keep your freezer stocked year-round without having to store a full side of beef at once. You’ll receive approximately 115 lbs of our premium Angus grass-finished beef, dry-aged for 28 days, and delivered in monthly portions of around 10 lbs.
This subscription not only makes enjoying local beef more convenient, it also comes at a lower cost than purchasing our regular bundles. Expect a rotating variety of cuts—from juicy steaks and roasts to our signature ground beef—so you can enjoy every part of the animal in a balanced way.
