Each half typically yields around 200 lbs of beef, though the exact amount—and final price—can vary depending on the animal. You’ll pay a per-pound price based on the total pounds of beef harvested.

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your order.

Why Order a 1/2 Beef?
When you order a half beef, you get a lower per-pound price across the entire cut—steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more. Instead of paying steak prices for every pound, you pay one flat rate per pound on the whole half.
Each 1/2 beef typically yields 200–250 lbs of beef, depending on the animal.
