French Onion Beef Casserole

This hearty casserole is creamy, flavorful, and unbelievably easy to make. With just a handful of ingredients and simple steps, it comes together in no time—perfect for busy weeknights or when you need a comforting meal the whole family will love. It’s such a hit, one of the grandsons can eat almost the whole pan by himself!
Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ground Beef
- (10 oz) Egg Noodles
- (to taste) salt and pepper
- (2 cans (10.75 ounces each)) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- (1 container) French Onion Dip
- (1/2 cup) French's Fried Onions

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble ground beef until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper, then drain grease.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soups and French onion dip until well combined.
- Gently fold in the cooked noodles.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with fried onions.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
