French Onion Beef Casserole
This hearty casserole is creamy, flavorful, and unbelievably easy to make. It’s such a hit, one of the grandsons can eat almost the whole pan by himself!

Ingredients

  • (1 lb) Ground Beef
  • (10 oz) Egg Noodles
  • (to taste) salt and pepper
  • (2 cans (10.75 ounces each)) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • (1 container) French Onion Dip
  • (1/2 cup) French's Fried Onions

Directions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble ground beef until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper, then drain grease.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soups and French onion dip until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the cooked noodles.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Top with fried onions.
  8. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
