Feta Stuffed Truffle Burger
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (for 3-4 burgers)
Truffle seasoning (to taste)
Feta cheese (amount based on preference)
Arugula (to serve)
Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
Frozen French fries
Truffle oil (to taste)
Garlic (minced, to taste)
Mayonnaise (for aioli)
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the ground beef and truffle seasoning. Mix well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
If using a hamburger stuffer, prepare according to the product instructions. If doing it by hand, take a small ball of feta cheese and wrap the seasoned ground beef around it to form a larger ball. Flatten to prevent the feta from leaking during cooking.
Preheat the grill to your desired cooking temperature. Cook the patties until they reach your preferred doneness.
For the French fries, preheat the air fryer. Spray frozen fries with oil, then sprinkle with truffle salt. Halfway through cooking, flip the fries and add Parmesan cheese to melt.
To prepare the truffle aioli, mix mayonnaise with truffle oil, minced garlic, and additional seasoning to taste.
Assembly:
Serve the cooked burgers on a bun topped with arugula and any additional desired toppings.
Plate the truffle fries alongside the burgers, accompanied by a side of truffle aioli for dipping.
