Beef Shares, Quarter, Half, & Whole Beef

Choose from a wide selection of grass-fed and finished beef shares, quarter, half, and whole beef. We offer flat rates per pound on beef shares and 10-15% discounts on wholesale orders, so you avoid paying premium prices. We also have a new quarter beef monthly or quarterly subscriptions to keep you stocked.

You can even get custom orders to select the cuts you want. It takes four to six weeks to process. Pre-orders and a deposit are required.

Our cattle graze freely on our 23,000-acre ranch in New Mexico and are then transported to our western Oklahoma ranch. We’re dedicated to finishing cattle with expert care that meets the highest standards of ethical animal welfare and top meat quality.

Zero Grain or Synthetic Inputs for Natural Cattle Growth

It takes longer for cattle to grow on grass alone, and we respect this natural process. We wait until the cattle have enough fat on them to harvest more tender, flavorful, and clean beef.

Zero corn, soy, or grain by-products—no exceptions.

Our grazing acres are also never treated with chemical fertilizers or herbicides. We rely on natural fertility from manure, compost teas, and legume nitrogen fixation.
