At Dry Creek Meats, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because we sell perishable food products, our return policy is a little different from traditional retail stores.

Returns

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food products once they have been shipped or delivered.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item(s), or is missing products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label, if applicable

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, if your order arrives spoiled or unusable due to excessive transit time, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
