Easy Baked Fajitas

We sell fajita meat already chopped and ready for seasoning and cooking.

Ingredients

  • Fajita Meat
  • Bell Peppers
  • Onion
  • Flour Tortillas
  • Guacamole
  • Sour Cream/Greek Yogurt
  • Salsa

Directions

Preheat oven to 400º F.

Utilize your array of seasonings for a delicious meal. If you have a fajita seasoning jar, it works wonderfully for this recipe. Start by mixing the meat with olive oil and a generous portion of the fajita seasoning. Arrange two packages of meat on one half of a baking sheet. Next, chop onions and bell peppers, mixing them with oil and seasoning, and place them on the other half of the baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

These fajitas will come out sizzling and ready to enjoy. Serve in flour tortillas for a delightful wrap, or enjoy the meat with rice. Garnish your fajitas with salsa, Greek yogurt or sour cream, and guacamole for added flavor.
